New Real Estate Guidelines During COVID-19

We’ve all been adapting to new workspace and social distancing guidelines, and making the best of things these last few months. Cal/OSHA has established a detailed set of guidelines under which real estate operations can safely continue, and the full package is attached here. I and my fellow Coldwell Banker Alliance agents are dillegently working to serve our clients and keep everyone as safe as possible. Social distancing, wearing masks, washing hands, limiting people in property showings and disinfecting surfaces during home showings are all part of the drill.
